Sex and Responsibility

I think that legal responsibilities are held to be a very high regard to a health problem these days with more and more people contracting STD’s such as HIV. Those people who are sexually active in “the game” should use condoms. Those that use condoms every time are less at risk and have less to worry about simply because they show more responsibility already. However, this is not always the case. Some women want a one night stand to give them a baby. Some men want to feel more pleasure through sex and don’t care about condoms. These people should be tested for HIV and other STD’s for sure the only problem is that I think these people feel that ignorance is bliss and they don’t go to the doctor. I have been personally tested and would hope my partners do so also. However, The fact is you have to be extremely careful on picking a partner not only because of STD’s but if you end up with them forever you want it to be the right match for your personality. I think that what I have heard on social media, people getting tried in court for murder-manslaughter because they do not tell their partner they have HIV is a fair judgement and that they should face jail time. The least thing they could do is wear a condom or have sex with another victim of the disease. Prostitution is legal in many places and they are vigorous at condom usage, if you need sex, you should use one. Just don’t spread the disease to innocent people who have families that care about them. These are my beliefs because life is precious and these hideous diseases are running rampant, I think prosecution for the guilty should be intensifies as well as condom use. Also, I think the government is doing its job by intervening and should do its job to the fullest while youths at risk should be warned in the programs that already exist and that should be implemented more frequently..
